Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Vice President Sales Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Promote and sell a wide range of construction and industrial steel products to fabricators, contractors and builders. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support. Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
