Role: Sales Officer Managing team of 7-10 Sales representative (SR) in the assigned territory Hiring distributors for the assigned territory for all the sales channels as per company's policy. Traveling throughout an assigned territory along with SR to develop the market, open sales channels in general trade Regional Chain of Stores. Relationship building with all the retailers and managing direct connect with all key retailers/touch points. 5. Monitoring of Secondary Sales in terms of beat wise targets by taking periodic (morning, mid-day and evening) reports from the SRs.
