Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Job Title located in Jaipur. The Job Title will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as managing business communications, supporting digital marketing strategies, contributing to product development, and providing exceptional client service. Additionally, the role will involve managing recruitment processes and consulting, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently, and collaborating with different teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SMM, PPC, and content marketing
• Skills in product development, particularly HRMS solutions, and process management
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and strategic HR consulting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive valuable insights from data
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communication, or a related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
