Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including formulation development, manufacturing process oversight, conducting stability studies, providing troubleshooting solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves ensuring operational efficiency and adhering to the company's sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in formulation development and troubleshooting
• Experience with manufacturing process oversight and scale-up solutions
• Knowledge of conducting stability studies and regulatory compliance
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain audit-ready records
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and energy-efficient practices
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a plus
