Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Addanki. The candidate will be responsible for daily tasks that may include customer interaction, handling loan processes, managing financial products, and supporting branch operations. The role requires efficient communication with customers, providing necessary information about financial services, and ensuring smooth and timely processing of applications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial products such as Micro Enterprise Loans, Gold Loans, and Housing Loans
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage branch operations efficiently
• Proficiency in handling loan processes and applications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Relevant experience in the financial sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
