Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for a Job Title role. The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as telemarketing, collaborating with field staff and business development managers, establishing corporate tie-ups, and managing a growing agency network. The day-to-day tasks will also involve providing expert guidance and ensuring localized business development to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing and field staff management
• Skills in business development and establishing corporate tie-ups
• Knowledge of loan products and financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Proficiency in using AI-powered lending solutions and automated platforms
