Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kalka for a NPD (New Product Development) Head. The NPD Head will be responsible for developing and managing product strategies, overseeing the entire product lifecycle management, conducting comprehensive market analyses, and collaborating with the sales and product management teams to ensure the successful launch and growth of new products. Qualifications Experience in developing Product Strategies and Product Management Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management and Analytical Skills Sales skills and ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven leadership and team management capabilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
