Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The role involves assisting clients with real estate transactions including property buying, selling, renting, and leasing. Day-to-day tasks include researching property market trends, preparing property listings, coordinating with clients and teams, and providing expert insights based on financial and legal considerations. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth in both domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, along with expertise in property buying, selling, renting, and leasing
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and trends
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of financial and legal aspects of real estate transactions
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to meet client needs with professionalism
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Familiarity with both domestic and international markets is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
