We have opening for Shipment Coordinator with experience in Export & Import Documentation & Customer Service in the freight Forwarding sector & ISO Tanks knowledge preferred. Work Location is HeadQ, Maradu, Kochi No of Openings - 4 Time - 10 AM TO 7 PM IST (MON TO SAT) Export Jobs Job cost and sell provisions Transport coordination BL coordination with shipping line BL coordination with customer Follow-up with customer for export documentation Passing customs documentation Filing exit formalities with customs payment request with accounts following up with the shipping line for receipt after payment booking all costs Raising invoice closing jobs after clearing costs and sell weekly and monthly reconciliation of all jobs for closure Import Jobs Job cost and sell provisions Agent coordination BL coordination with agent BL coordination with customer monitoring ETA of the shipment and preparing CAN Follow-up with customer for import documentation Passing customs documentation transport coordination for delivery payment request with accounts following up with the shipping line for receipt after payment booking all costs Raising invoice closing jobs after clearing costs and sell weekly and monthly reconciliation of all jobs for closure If you are interested, kindly share your CV on hr@dyneinfotech.com with below details: Total Experience Relevant Years of Experience : Current Salary: Expected Salary: Notice Period: Ok to Travel to HeadQ, Maradu, Kochi Contact Number Email ID Thank you.
