Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring new IT clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. The role involves identifying business opportunities, understanding client technology needs, and positioning IT solutions such as software development, web/mobile apps, cloud services, and digital transformation offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in the IT services domain
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
  
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations
  
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate solutioning
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and regular reporting
  
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and conferences
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  
• 15 years of experience in business development or sales for IT services
  
• Strong understanding of IT solutions (software development, web/mobile, cloud, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
  
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
