Job Description

Hiring: Internal Audit /SOX Compliance Analyst/DM/Manager Level- Gurgaon

Industry Preference:

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform SOX 404 testing including ToD & ToE
Support documentation: risk control matrices, control narratives, testing evidence
Identify control deficiencies and follow up on remediation
Coordinate with control owners and auditors for walkthroughs and testing
Participate in process improvements and control optimization initiatives

Key Requirements:

2+ years of relevant SOX compliance experience
Industry exposure to Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Durables preferred
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodology
Based in or willing to relocate to
Gurgaon
Excellent communication & documentation skills
