Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

About the function

ANSR provides full suite of services in the Finance & Accounts domain to the GCC (Global Capability Centre) partners. This includes accounting, local & statutory compliances, reporting activities, business advisory, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, FP&A, setting up internal controls & processes and support to leadership team & parent organization. The GCCs are subsidiaries of large global organizations (listed or unlisted) in their home countries and are driven by way of a strong culture of transparency, high standards of performance, strong controls on compliances and a high level of accountability. The finance team works closely with the GCC leadership and ANSR account managers to provide support throughout the GCC's entire lifecycle.

The present position is at the ANSR Finance Shared Services to maintain the internal controls, internal audit and compliance health check.

• Create and implement a plan for internal controls in the finance processes viz – accounts payable, banking, procurement, compliance deposits, government filings
• Setup the process of concurrent audit for key processes - payroll and compliance deposits & filings
• Identify opportunities for automation of manual controls
• Create customer wise dashboard of health check / score card
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and processes relevant to GCC’s for finance, accounts and compliance functions
• Create, establish and maintain governance framework for compliance with contractual terms, develop minimum level of standards of communication to clients and adherence of specific needs to each client
• Establish, maintain and report service levels across various sub-processes of the finance function
• Ensures quality control over financial transactions, financial reporting, accuracy, and integrity of the books of account and the financial information generated
• Understand and support the needs to GCC leadership team related to finance function and ensure delivery

Expectations from the candidate

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years’ of experience (preference from a big 4 firm).
