Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their business, regulatory, and data protection requirements. Translate these into Microsoft Purview use cases and recommended configurations.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Microsoft Purview Compliance solutions, especially Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) including Endpoint DLP, Microsoft Teams DLP, Exchange Online DLP, and SharePoint/OneDrive DLP along with eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management, Information Barriers, and Communication Compliance.
• Design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements tailored to customer needs. Guide stakeholders through hands-on demonstrations of Microsoft Purview capabilities, validate use-case fit, and document outcomes.
• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Purview features, including policy creation, rule tuning, and role-based access configuration. Ensure deployments follow Microsoft-recommended best practices and meet organizational compliance objectives.
• Identify and resolve configuration issues or feature limitations during deployment. Analyze policy matches, false positives/negatives, and help fine-tune DLP and other compliance features to maximize accuracy and effectiveness.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions or workshops for customer IT and compliance teams to enable smooth adoption of Microsoft Purview tools and ensure ongoing operational maturity.
• Partner with internal teams such as Security Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Product Teams to align delivery with evolving Microsoft roadmap and customer expectations.
  

Qualifications:

• Freshers in technical support, consulting, or Microsoft 365 administration with exposure to security and compliance workloads.
  

Skills & Technical Knowledge:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and administration.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Purview Compliance features such as:
• Information Protection (Manual, Automatic labeling)
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint DLP
• eDiscovery (Standard & Premium)
• Audit & Compliance Center
• Communication Compliance, Insider Risk Management
• Information Barriers, Records Management, Archiving
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
