Role & responsibilities : Job Responsibilities for Sales Manager : Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies for part-load transportation, focusing on market trends and customer targeting to meet revenue goals. Customer Acquisition : Actively seek new customers through cold calling, networking, industry events, and online platforms. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Pricing and Quoting : Prepare competitive quotes based on customer needs, market conditions, and company pricing guidelines. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms with clients for mutually beneficial agreements. Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and find new opportunities. Team Support : Guide and support the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing training. Department Collaboration : Work with operations, logistics, and customer service for smooth service delivery. Reporting and Analysis : Track sales performance, prepare reports, and use data to improve processes. Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards for part-load services.
