As an Consultant in a Project Management Office (PMO) supports the PMO Manager
and team in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities and Daily Activities • Lead and manage the delivery of transformation projects from inception throughto completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to thespecified quality standards.• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, anddeliverables in alignment with business objectives.• Develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriateverification techniques.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, projectmanagers, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignmentwith strategic objectives.• Utilize deep understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)to guide project execution, drive best practices in software development, andensure the effective integration of new technologies.• Facilitate change management processes, ensuring that organizationaladaptation to new systems and processes is smooth and sustainable.• Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements,provide regular project updates, and ensure stakeholder expectations are metappropriately.• Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning to identify potential projectpitfalls and develop strategies to avoid or address them.• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging insights from project outcomes,industry trends, and best practices to refine and enhance transformation deliveryprocesses.• Serve as a subject matter expert in technology transformation, providingguidance and support to project teams and business stakeholders.
