Accelerating strategic research outcome with a holistic approach of strategy scanning of other growing/established brands through market analysis, competitors benchmark, desktop research and expert interviews etc. More focused on the business strategy to support future vivo growth trajectory while exploring key directions and opportunities.

3. Deeply analyzing market dynamics, identifying business challenges and opportunities, and utilizing Problem Solving Framework/Approach to precisely dissect complex issues, providing high-value strategic insights and support to management.
Accurately identify key issues based on management needs and company business objectives, utilizing renowned consulting frameworks to systematically dissect complex problems into actionable sub-problems.
Employ both quantitative (e.g., data analysis, market research, existing database etc.) and qualitative (e.g., interviews with consumers & industry experts, case studies etc.) methods to deeply analyse the dissected sub-problems, collecting and organizing relevant data and information.
Based on research findings, skilfully use tools to build and optimize business analysis models, including SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces Model, financial forecasting models, etc., to quantitatively assess the impact of different strategies.
Analyse and Extract valuable patterns and trends from vast amounts of data, combining industry knowledge to form unique insights and strategic recommendations, providing a basis for management decision-making.
Writing strategic analysis reports, including problem definition, analysis process, key findings, recommended solutions, and implementation paths, and be able to deliver persuasive presentations to management.
Keep track of industry trends, pay attention to emerging technologies and analysis methods, continuously optimize analysis frameworks and models, and enhance the team's overall analytical capabilities and efficiency.
Deepening consumer-centric strategies and improve consumer research by projects basis, including first-hand researches and amalgamation of existing big studies i.e. the consumer segmentation, Brand tracking etc.
Focus on the user orientation of state companies with state level analysis and look into their emerging needs for consumer understanding and implementation. Lead new voice-of-customer programs, analyze behavioral data (quant/qual), translate findings into strategy pivots.
