In-depth Analysis and Research: Employ both quantitative (e.g., data analysis, market research, existing database etc.) and qualitative (e.g., interviews with consumers & industry experts, case studies etc.) methods to deeply analyse the dissected sub-problems, collecting and organizing relevant data and information. Business Analysis Model Development: Based on research findings, skilfully use tools to build and optimize business analysis models, including SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces Model, financial forecasting models, etc., to quantitatively assess the impact of different strategies. Pattern Extraction and Viewpoint Formation: Analyse and Extract valuable patterns and trends from vast amounts of data, combining industry knowledge to form unique insights and strategic recommendations, providing a basis for management decision-making. Report Writing and Presentation: Writing strategic analysis reports, including problem definition, analysis process, key findings, recommended solutions, and implementation paths, and be able to deliver persuasive presentations to management. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of relevant experience in sourcing, supplier management, import/export operations, and new product development (NPD) in the electronics or mobile manufacturing industry. This role is critical to ensuring timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining excellent supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement & Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials (Electronics components, plastic parts and packaging materials, etc.) required for mobile phone manufacturing. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers based on technical, commercial, and operational criteria. Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, inventory management, consumption data, Raw Materials analysis, capacity analysis, Resource management at supplier side, delivery data, forecasting and supplier performance metrics. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management.
