We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Account Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, manage reporting, and provide strategic support for business growth. The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and hands-on expertise in accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
· Prepare and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
· Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.).
· Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
· Develop internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems.
· Manage vendor payments, receivables, and reconciliation of accounts.
· Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
· Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
