Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewellery store. Maintain and manage store inventory, stock audits, and visual merchandising. Drive sales, manage customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Train and motivate the team to achieve sales targets. Implement company policies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Handle walk-in customers, queries, and complaints professionally. Maintain accurate sales and transaction records. Skills & Preferred Industry Experience Jewellery sales and retail operations background. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Understanding of the Gold, Gems, and Jewellery industry. Familiarity with store management software is a plus.
