Implement company policies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Handle walk-in customers, queries, and complaints professionally. Maintain accurate sales and transaction records. Skills & Preferred Industry Experience Jewellery sales and retail operations background. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Understanding of the Gold, Gems, and Jewellery industry. Familiarity with store management software is a plus.
Farm Mangement
Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment & onboarding for both Jewellery and Textile divisions. Handle attendance, payroll, and employee records. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee retention. Manage training, motivation, and employee engagement activities. Handle disciplinary actions and grievance redressal. Maintain healthy employee relations and ensure smooth communication between management and staff. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly updates for management. Coordinate with the management for manpower planning and HR budget.
