Jewellery Store Manager

As a Store Manager at our jewellery showroom in Bangalore (Jayanagar), you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Sales forecast and planning to drive business growth effectively. - Managing a team of 20+ individuals, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. - Overall showroom management, including maintaining inventory, displays, and cleanliness. - Utilizing your strong people management skills to motivate and develop team members. - Experience in report analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Setting and achieving sales targets to meet and exceed business objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - More than 4 years of experience as a manager in the jewellery industry. - Age between 25 to 45 years. Please note that we are specifically looking for candidates with a background in jewellery for this role. Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred. The working hours for this role are from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm, with 6 working days per week and 1 day off.
