Field Service Technician (Home Appliances)

Key Responsibilities: ● Deliver goods to customers within designated timeframes. ● Install, repair, and service washing machines, fridges, ovens, air coolers, and air conditioners. ● Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with home appliances. ● Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure timely repairs. ● Maintain service records and provide feedback to the service team. ● Communicate effectively with customers to provide solutions and technical support. Requirements: ● Prior experience in delivery or logistics is a plus. ● Proven experience as a technician in home appliances or related field. ● Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. ● Ability to work independently and efficiently. ● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ● Good communication and customer service skills. ● Basic English understanding.
