Jewellery Production Planning & Inventory Control

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules to meet sales targets and delivery deadlines. This includes coordinating with the design team, workshop manager, and sales department.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials (gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones) and finished jewellery. Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
• Material Procurement: Collaborate with vendors to procure materials. Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all incoming materials.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize inventory management software to track stock, analyze production trends, and generate reports on inventory levels, production status, and cost analysis.
• Quality Control: Work closely with the production team to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards and specifications.
• System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve production and inventory control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized, with a keen eye for detail to handle valuable materials.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
