Jewellery Production Manager

A Jewellery Production Manager oversees the entire jewelry production process, from design to final product, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. They manage production schedules, coordinate with various teams, and maintain inventory levels while adhering to safety and industry standards. They also supervise production staff and implement cost-effective measures. Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Production Process: Managing all aspects of jewelry production, including design, casting, setting, polishing, and quality control.
• Production Planning and Scheduling: Developing and managing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Team Management: Supervising and motivating production staff, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Cost Management: Identifying and implementing cost-effective measures to optimize production efficiency.
• Coordination: Collaborating with various teams, including design, CAD, casting, setting, polishing, and QC.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving production issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to safety regulations.
• Meeting Deadlines: Ensuring timely delivery of products to meet client demands.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes: Experience in casting, setting, polishing, and other relevant techniques.
• Production management experience: Proven ability to manage production schedules, teams, and resources.
• Quality control expertise: Understanding of quality control standards and ability to implement them effectively.
• Leadership and communication skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Experience in Jaipur's jewelry industry is often preferred .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
