Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and trend-oriented Jewellery Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of gold and diamond jewellery collections for the South Indian market.
The role involves concept creation, design coordination, sampling, market analysis, and buyer alignment to ensure the collections meet regional preferences, craftsmanship standards, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new jewellery collections tailored to the South Indian market
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify regional design trends and price sensitivities.
• Work closely with designers, CAD teams, artisans, and production units to ensure product accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams for collection planning and launch timelines.
• Prepare product briefs, costing sheets, and specification documents for every new design.
• Oversee sampling process — from concept sketches to final prototype approval.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for product photography, cataloging, and promotions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and buying partners in South India.
• Monitor sales feedback, customer preferences, and product performance to guide future collections.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of South Indian jewellery styles, craftsmanship, and design sensibilities.
• Strong understanding of gold purity, diamond quality, gemstone combinations, and production techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and design coordination workflows.
• Excellent communication and team-handling skills.
• Creative mindset with business acumen and cost awareness.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
