Role Description

This is a full-time Jewelry Merchandising role based on-site in Surat. The role involves collaborating with design teams to create and curate jewelry collections that align with market trends and customer preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory, overseeing quality control, working closely with clients to ensure satisfaction, training team members, and contributing to the enhancement of the brand’s offerings. The role also requires engagement with product planning and ensuring customer-focused solutions in the merchandising process.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry trends
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on maintaining high-quality client relationships
• Skills in Polishing techniques to ensure premium quality products
• Ability to contribute to team development through effective Training
• Highly organized with attention to detail and inventory management abilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of jewelry markets and consumer preferences is an advantage
• Relevant educational background or experience in the jewelry or merchandising field is preferred
