Job Description

Role & responsibilities Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine interest. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery selections. Provide detailed product information, including materials, stones, pricing, and care instructions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry trends, collections, and promotions. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately. Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and repairs with tact and efficiency. Achieve or exceed personal and store sales targets and KPIs. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
