Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st/2nd level support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne v9.2 (all modules except Financials)
  • Log, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests via a ticketing system
  • Analyze, triage, and fulfill change requests (CRs), including system enhancements and configuration updates
  • Write and execute SQL queries to support analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Create detailed functional documentation (Business Requirements Documents) and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with internal and external developers and stakeholders on implementation and resolution strategies
  • Perform basic debugging of interactive applications (UBE, APPL), batch applications (UBEs), and NER business functions
  • Liaise with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into system solutions


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (v9.2 preferred)
  • Strong functional understanding of JDE modules such as Distribution, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Procurement
  • Proficiency in writing and analyzing SQL queries
  • Experience with the JD Edwards toolset, including OMW, FDA, RDA, and Debugger
  • Ability to create clear and concise functional and technical documentation
  • Basic knowledge of debugging interactive and batch applications, and NERs


Desirable:

  • Familiarity with JD Edwards user security, UDOs, and EnterpriseOne configuration
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM/ticketing tools
  • Solid understanding of business processes and workflows in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Comfortable working in an offshore/onshore hybrid support model
  • Debugging knowledge
