Role Description

full-time, on-site role

designing, developing, and maintaining backend services

• Building and enhancing microservices and API integrations
• Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Conducting

  code reviews, unit testing (JUnit)

  , and API documentation (Swagger)
• Performing performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution
• Collaborating with QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
• Implementing secure coding practices, OAuth2/JWT authentication, and API Gateway configurations
• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 4+ years

  of professional experience in

  Java backend development

• Minimum 2 years

  of hands-on

  REST API development

  experience (mandatory)
• Strong expertise with

  Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs

• Experience with JUnit, Postman

  , and API documentation tools like

  Swagger

• Strong knowledge of SQL & RDBMS

  (Oracle preferred)
• Familiarity with

  SAML, SOAP, SSO integrations

• Experience implementing API security

  (OAuth2, JWT) and working with API gateways (e.g., Tyk)
• Proficiency in development tools:

  Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Eclipse

• Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and issue diagnosis

  across full-stack layers
• Exposure to

  cloud platforms

  (Azure/AWS) is a plus
• Strong

  problem-solving skills

  , attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
