Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, robust Java-based applications using Spring Framework and Microservices architecture.
• Design and implement RESTful web services and APIs to support front-end functionalities.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through comprehensive unit testing using tools like JUnit.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
• Identify, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities to ensure secure application development.
• Work in a Test Driven Development (TDD) environment and actively participate in code reviews and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 4.1+ years of hands-on experience in Java/JEE application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Microservices, and JavaScript.
• Sound understanding of microservices architecture and related design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services
• Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Proficient in unit testing with tools like JUnit.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and test-driven development practices.
• Experience with identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based environments (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
