What You’ll Do (Your Role)
- Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data lakes using healthcare data (EHRs, documentation, claims, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimal data solutions for analytics and data science.
- Ensure data quality and integrity with a focus on security and compliance.
- Drive process improvements including automation and infrastructure redesign for scalability.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies for integration strategies.
- Support data scientists and MLOps engineers with pipelines and model training/versioning.
- Lead technical discovery processes and define complex requirements.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in mobile software development.

Deep expertise in AngularJS/React/NodeJS frameworks.

Experience with cloud platforms and services including mobile backend integration and deployment.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
