Java Lead/Architect - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

We are seeking a Lead Java Architect with strong expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ERP system integrations. In this role, you will design enterprise-grade architectures, guide development teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape the technology roadmap while remaining hands-on in critical design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement scalable microservices architecture using Java 21 & Spring Boot.
• Drive the adoption of CQRS, modular design, and domain-driven architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers on design, coding standards, and best practices.
• Design and expose RESTful APIs for frontend and system integrations.
• Architect robust PostgreSQL data models with Spring Data JPA.
• Ensure business rules, validations, and metadata-driven configurations are well implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, integration) for system delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and architectural audits.
• Oversee the development of connectors for ERP systems (SAP HANA, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
• Establish CI/CD practices, security guidelines, and cloud-native architecture standards.
• Research and implement emerging tech trends (AI-driven automation, API security, event-driven architecture).
  

Key Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• At least 3+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in system design, high-level architecture, and enterprise integration.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Spring Data JPA, RESTful APIs, and CQRS.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven ability to lead teams, conduct architecture reviews, and drive best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
