Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Java Full Stack Trainer located in Chennai. The Java Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs in Java Full Stack development. Day-to-day tasks will include designing training materials, conducting sessions, providing hands-on assistance, grading assessments, and offering feedback. The trainer will also stay updated with current industry practices to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Java Full Stack development, including Frontend and Backend technologies Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Angular, or React Proficiency in database management, RESTful API development, and version control systems like Git Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training materials Ability to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Previous experience in a training or instructional role is a plus Show more Show less
