This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking a skilled and proactive Java Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in building robust backend services using Microservices architecture along with proficiency in JSP, AJAX, jQuery, multithreading, and concurrency. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Develop rich user interfaces using React.js or Angular, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Build dynamic UI components with JSP, AJAX, and jQuery to enhance user experience and interactivity. Write efficient and maintainable multithreaded code, managing concurrent execution and synchronization where required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver quality software on time. Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and drive best practices in software development. Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability across the stack. Troubleshoot and debug issues across frontend and backend layers, ensuring minimal downtime. Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and workflows. Required Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development. Strong backend expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Solid understanding and experience with JSP, AJAX, and jQuery for building interactive UIs. Proficiency in React.js or Angular for frontend development. Hands-on experience in implementing multithreading and concurrency mechanisms. In-depth understanding of the Spring framework and its modules. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate). Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of unit testing and test-driven development. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
