Java Full Stack Developer

Exp Needed: 8-10 years

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance systems using Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud-native architectures. This role will play a key part in driving the technical direction for our modern eCommerce platform, helping to shape system architecture, streamline distributed workflows, and lead the development of robust, enterprise-grade solutions.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver highly responsive, secure, and maintainable applications. We’re seeking someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on — someone who enjoys rolling up their sleevesto solve hard problems, while also influencing long-term platform decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide technical leadership and oversee the daily operations of the engineering team.

• Drive the development, execution, and alignment of software strategies with business goals.

• Inspire innovation by introducing and fostering adoption of new tools, technologies, and approaches.

• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, security, and industry best practices.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance full-stack

applications, leveraging Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend.

• Define and implement architecture patterns for distributed systems, focusing on scalability, resiliency, and long-term maintainability.

• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations using messaging platforms such as Kafka, Solace, or Azure Event Hub.

• Partner with Product and UX teams to transform requirements into robust, user- centered technical solutions.

• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD practices, automated testing, and performance optimization.

• Mentor and guide engineers, cultivating a culture of technical growth, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Actively participate in architecture reviews, system design discussions, and capacity planning to shape the platform’s evolution.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React / TypeScript in production systems

• Deep understanding of system design principles, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native patterns

• Experience integrating with event-driven architectures using Kafka, Solace, or similar

• Strong knowledge of API security, identity management, and performance tuning

• Exposure to relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (Couchbase, MongoDB, etc.)

• Comfort working in Agile environments, collaborating across teams, and influencing

stakeholders

• Ability to balance hands-on development with architectural decision-making

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

(or equivalent practical experience)

• 10+ years of full stack development experience with emphasis on Java, Spring

Boot, and React

• 6+ years designing distributed, event-driven systems

• Hands-on experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Proficiency with microservices, REST APIs, message queues, and streaming

technologies

• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevOps practices,

and performance optimization.
