About The Opportunity

We are hiring for a role in the IT services & enterprise software sector focused on building scalable, mission-critical backend systems. The team delivers enterprise-grade Java applications, modernizes legacy systems, and implements cloud-ready services for customers across industries. This is an on-site role based in India requiring hands-on development and close collaboration with product and QA teams.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain server-side components and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Implement data persistence layers with Hibernate/JPA and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.
Write unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito) and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement performance improvements and fixes.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver features in an Agile/Scrum environment and support CI/CD pipelines.
Document technical designs, contribute to architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers when required.
