What You'll Do

Backend Development & Architecture

• Design and develop robust, scalable backend services using

  Java and Spring Boot

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that handle millions of requests
• Implement business logic for core e-commerce features: payments, search, recommendations, user management
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices

Technical Implementation

• Implement caching strategies with Redis/Memcached for high-performance applications
• Design and optimize database schemas (SQL and NoSQL)
• Build integrations with third-party services and internal platforms
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

DevOps & Collaboration

• Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Deploy and manage services on

  Kubernetes

  and

  Docker

  containers
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and infrastructure teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement monitoring solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

What You Bring

Required Expertise

• 4-8 years

  of professional experience in

  Java backend development

• Strong expertise in

  Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data

• Deep understanding of

  RESTful API design

  and microservices architecture
• Experience with

  distributed systems

  and high-scale applications
• Proficiency in

  SQL databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and

  ORM frameworks

  (Hibernate, JPA)
• Knowledge of

  messaging systems

  : Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  : AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns

• Containerization

  : Docker, Kubernetes

• Version control

  : Git, GitHub/GitLab

• Build tools

  : Maven, Gradle

• Testing

  : JUnit, Mockito, integration testing

• Caching
