Java Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, and Spring Framework 6.x, along with hands-on experience in JMS-based messaging and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). The candidate should be capable of designing scalable, loosely coupled systems and leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java 17+Build and maintain RESTful and SOA-based services using Spring Boot 3.x / Spring 6.xImplement asynchronous communication using JMS (ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)Design and enhance SOA and microservices-based architecturesOwn complex modules and drive them end-to-endEnsure high code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and testingUse Maven for build and dependency managementActively leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.) for development and refactoringMentor junior developers and provide technical guidanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Architecture)

Required Skills & Qualifications
