We are looking for ITX/WTX Developer Email : ragavisaravanan@akrossit.com Experience : 6-10 years Location : Offshore (Delhi NCR, Chennai, Bangalore, Kochi) Mandatory Keywords : Healthcare Domain Must-Have Java Spring boot, Microservice, Backend services experience is Must Proficiency in IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) tools and components (e.g., ITX Designer, ITX Toolkit, ITX runtime environment). Strong understanding of data transformation processes, mapping, and routing using ITX. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex ITX job failures and performance issues. DataPower Exp Experience with SQL database integration, connect to MQ,etc. Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for managing ITX jobs and processes. Good-to-Have Identifies impact analysis and provides resolution or escalation. Creates reports and share them with Stakeholders Result-focused, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience and prepare clear and concise written documentation DataPower Experience Expectations from the Role Provide day-to-day support for IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) jobs and data transformation processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data transformation, message flows, and ITX jobs.Perform root cause analysis for failed ITX jobs, ensuring the timely identification and resolution of problems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, including data inconsistencies and transformation errors between ITX and other applications. Optimize ITX jobs to enhance their performance, reduce processing times, and minimize resource consumption. Patch management, and maintenance tasks for ITX and related systems. Coordinate with other teams to move ITX jobs through various development stages, ensuring proper testing and quality assurance. Support integration efforts between ITX and other middleware and data systems (e.g., message queues, databases, and other data sources). Document troubleshooting steps and best practices to aid in faster issue resolution and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest IBM technologies and industry trends, and apply them to projects when appropriate. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Show more Show less
