Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ITI Fitter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and maintaining mechanical components in accordance with technical drawings and specifications. This position requires a hands-on professional who can work in production, maintenance, or assembly operations. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Perform fitting and assembly operations using hand tools and machines. Carry out installation, alignment, and testing of mechanical components and systems. Conduct routine maintenance and repair of machines and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Report defects, malfunctions, or unsafe conditions to supervisors. Maintain proper documentation of work performed. Support other team members in achieving production goals. Skills & Qualifications: ITI certification in Fitter Trade from a recognized institute. Knowledge of tools, machines, and mechanical systems. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Understanding of safety regulations and practices. Basic knowledge of welding, grinding, and drilling operations is a plus. Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination. Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure. Preferred Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or mechanical workshop environment. Exposure to CNC machines or automated production lines (optional).
