Job Summary:

ITI Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• Perform fitting, assembling, and installation of machine parts, tools, and equipment.
• Carry out repair, maintenance, and servicing of mechanical systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding machines, and measuring instruments.
• Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards during work.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and support production activities.

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Fitter Trade certification.

• Experience:

  Fresher to 2 years (experience in mechanical/production/maintenance preferred).
• Basic knowledge of tools, machines, and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle workshop activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of welding, drilling, grinding, and cutting operations.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
