About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Trainer based in Jalandhar. The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom-based technical training, mentoring students, and supporting them in developing industry-ready skills. The role involves conducting practical sessions, guiding students through projects, and contributing to curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Conduct classroom training sessions on Python, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, basic React/MERN concepts, SQL, and Git/GitHub
• Deliver interactive sessions using real-world examples and practical assignments
• Support students with hands-on coding exercises and project guidance

Curriculum and Content Development

• Prepare course materials, assignments, assessments, and project guidelines
• Update training content in line with current industry trends and technologies

Student Support

• Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individual mentoring
• Monitor student progress and conduct evaluations

Reporting and Coordination

• Maintain attendance records, performance data, and training logs
• Coordinate with management for scheduling and center-level activities

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind
• Familiarity with SQL, Git, GitHub, and basic React/MERN concepts
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
• Certifications or prior training experience will be an added advantage
