Job Description

Position: IT TRAINER

Location : Sahebganj

Key Responsibilities

Deliver theory and practical training in IT trades as per DDU-KK/ NSQF approved curriculum.
Train students in basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, data entry, and IT fundamentals.
Maintain daily attendance, training records, lesson plans, and assessment documentation.
Prepare trainees for internal assessments, third-party assessments, and certification.
Ensure effective classroom engagement and hands-on practical exposure.
Support students in soft skills, digital literacy, and workplace readiness.
Maintain IT lab, systems, software, and equipment in working condition.
Coordinate with the Centre Manager, MIS team, and Project Team for reporting and compliance.
Follow all KY guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT training or related industry role.
Good knowledge of computer applications, hardware basics, and networking fundamentals.
Strong communication skills in Hindi (English working knowledge preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
