Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for an IT Trainer based in Bhubaneswar. The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on various IT and software development topics, preparing and distributing course materials, and guiding participants effectively. The Trainer will also conduct lectures, assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve training methods to meet learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Information Technology, including current tools, technologies, and industry practices
• Experience in Teaching, Training, and Lecturing, with a passion for facilitating learning and mentoring learners
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in Software Development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design engaging training materials and adapt sessions to meet participants’ needs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certification in technical training or instructional design is a plus
