Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct theory and practical sessions on Basic Computer Skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet & Email, Typing Skills, and Digital Literacy. Deliver sessions on Advanced topics like Tally, Graphic Design, Web Development, or other IT modules (based on the curriculum). Prepare lesson plans, training material, and interactive learning aids. Monitor and assess trainees’ performance through regular tests, assignments, and practical tasks. Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and other documentation. Provide career counseling and guidance to trainees regarding IT career options. Support in mobilization and placement efforts by coordinating with placement officers and employers. Keep up-to-date with new IT tools, software, and teaching methodologies. Ensure training quality and compliance with project or certification standards (like NSDC, NULM, or CSR projects). Key Skills & Competencies: Strong command of MS Office, Internet applications, and computer fundamentals. Knowledge of digital tools, social media, and basic troubleshooting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Patience, empathy, and ability to teach diverse learners. Basic record-keeping and reporting ability.
