Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 2 recruiters focused on sourcing candidates for APAC IT contract roles.
  • Actively deliver 3 personal placements per month in addition to managing team KPIs.
  • Plan, promote, and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and nurture a talent pool of IT professionals across SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other technologies.
  • Use various sourcing methods: database, networking, job boards, referrals, advertisements, LinkedIn, and headhunting.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships through phone and email (no face-to-face).
  • Partner with Sales and RTM teams to align delivery with client demand.
  • Ensure accurate and timely use of K2K and Salesforce for all activities.


Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience (IT contract staffing preferred), with proven APAC sourcing exposure (Singapore, Malaysia, SEA).
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, including KPI management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to coach and lead in a fast-paced environment.
