About the Role:

Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineers, Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and business needs.
  
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and social media.
  
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and present reports to stakeholders.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters when required.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
  
• 5+ years of experience as a

  Technical Recruiter

  in IT services, staffing, or product-based organizations.
• Strong knowledge of technical skills, job functions, and industry trends.
  
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, Monster).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proven track record of successfully hiring mid to senior-level technical roles.
