Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at our company, your role will involve administering and organizing projects of various complexities. You will work closely with the Project Manager to prepare detailed action plans, manage resources, timeframes, and budgets. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information with internal teams and clients. Additionally, you will break down projects into manageable tasks, analyze risks and opportunities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information with internal team stakeholders - Liaising with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives - Breaking projects into actionable steps and setting timeframes - Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management - Helping project managers prepare project budgets - Analyzing risks and opportunities, overseeing project procurement management - Monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise - Acting as the main point of contact and communicating project status to all participants - Collaborating with the Project Manager to remove blockers - Utilizing tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures - Issuing all necessary legal paperwork such as contracts and terms of agreement - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role - Experience in project management from conception to delivery - Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans - Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management - Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills - Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner - Hands-on experience with project management tools like Basecamp Please note that the educational requirements for this role include a BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, or any Techno Functional Degree.,
