IT Technical Analyst

• Analyze, design, develop, and validate integrations, extensions, and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with business and functional teams.
• Maintain and update documentation (JIRA, CI), manage change requests, and ensure all necessary approvals (Legal, GCCB) are obtained.
• Assist in the creation of technical specifications and solution designs.
• Support the configuration, installation, and testing of IT systems and applications.
• Participate in design/code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Provide Level 3 support for critical technical issues.
• Contribute to the development of IT standards, procedures, and support documentation.
• Ensure efficient build and deployment processes, leveraging automation where possible.

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT application development, integration, or infrastructure support.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing technical documentation and change requests.

• Programming: VB, SQL, PL/SQL
• Tools: BI Publisher, APIs, Fast Formula
• Platforms: ServiceNow, JIRA, ClearCase

• Knowledge of Oracle HCM
• Familiarity with Cummins IT processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or licenses may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
