IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to

manage and support our end-user computing environment, Microsoft 365 services, and

core network infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical support

with the ability to monitor and maintain systems that drive secure and reliable business

operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint,

and user access controls

• Provide remote and onsite support for laptop OS (Windows/macOS), applications,

and basic hardware troubleshooting

• Manage and configure endpoint security policies using tools like Microsoft Intune

• Maintain firewall policies, VPN configurations, and network security protocols

• Monitor and support server environments (Windows/Linux), including backups and

patching

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated issues

• Document technical processes and contribute to infrastructure planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Windows client

administration

• Working knowledge of firewall management (e.g., Fortinet, SonicWall, or Palo Alto)

• Familiarity with server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking

fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM)

• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation

• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Enterprise Administrator

• CompTIA Security+ or Network+

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent
